Advertising Rates

RATE CARD 2000 INSPECTIONEERING JOURNAL

Materials for ads must be supplied “camera ready”, size included, that is, it should need no further work prior to printing. This is necessary to assure the quality you desire is supplied as reductions and enlargements often compromise the quality.

Payment Policy

All payments are due prior to printing. The publisher reserves the right to hold the advertising agency and the advertisers jointly liable for all payments.

Materials Requirements

All ads must be supplied in electronic form, preferably as an EPS file for the Macintosh format. The EPS files should be in RGB form for color, and grayscale or bitmap for black and white at 200 dpi.

Issuance and Closing Dates

Insertion orders are due on the 15th of the month, one month preceding issue date. Electronic files are due the 15th of the month, one month preceding issue date. Contact the Director of Publications for information regarding materials requiring productive work. Cancellations must be in writing and are not accepted after the closing date.

Color Rates       

Business card ads are sold on an annual (6) basis each $960/year.

Specified Position

For any specified position other than cover positions, an additional 10 percent of the total ad price will be charged.
