Mechanical Integrity Expert & Chemical/Materials Engineer, Becht
Steve Bolinger is a mechanical integrity subject matter expert at Becht. He began his career as a process engineer in the early 1980s and has worked on both the vendor and owner-operator side, serving in different mechanical integrity-related roles with Shell Oil and BP. Over the years, Mr. Bolinger has been actively involved in industry organizations like API, where he served as the Chairman for the API Subcommittee on Inspection and Mechanical Integrity in 2016. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa and a MS in Materials Science from the University of Virginia.
